Dr Li will soon be leaving SDC, her last day is June 23. She is moving closer to Seattle and while we’re excited for her new adventure, she will be deeply missed here! She is available to see patient for routine and emergency care until her last day.
Meet ChengBei Li, DDS.
I’m Dr. Li. I grew up in the Greater Seattle area and went to the University of Washington to receive a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. I then ventured across the coast to earn my DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. I am currently proudly serving as a dental officer with the US Navy Dental Corps, and after a short tour in San Diego, my journey with the military took me back home to the Pacific Northwest.
I’ve always believed in the transformative power of a radiant smile to forge connections between people. From college onward, I have consistently been drawn to community work, collaborating closely with organizations such as the Union Gospel Mission and other dental programs that support marginalized groups facing trauma. It was through these experiences that I have developed a gentle approach to dentistry, guided by a philosophy of patient-centered care and compassion. I strongly value understanding the individual history, needs, and desires of each patient in order to provide personalized treatment with empathy and respect. My goal for every patient encounter is to remove all fears and expectations, and to restore smiles in an environment of trust and comfort.
In my free time, you can find me playing tennis, snowboarding, and experimenting in the kitchen.
